The Tokyo Leadership Summit is designed for people who currently lead or manage others as part of their work.
That includes first-time supervisors and team leaders through to experienced managers, business owners and senior leaders.
Step away from your usual environment for practical leadership development, fresh ideas and honest conversations with people facing similar leadership challenges.
Across four days, you’ll build practical leadership skills, exchange ideas with people facing similar challenges and complete flexible online learning at your own pace. The summit opens with a networking dinner and drinks on Day 1, then runs three morning sessions from 9:00 am to 11:00 am at the Akasaka Intercity Conference Center — leaving the rest of each day free to explore Tokyo, meet colleagues or work remotely.

Common questions about Tokyo.
When is the Tokyo Leadership Summit?
30 March – 2 April 2027. Day 1 is an evening networking dinner and drinks from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm, and Days 2–4 are leadership conference sessions from 9:00 am to 11:00 am.
Where is the conference being held?
The Akasaka Intercity Conference Center in Tokyo, Japan.
How much does registration cost?
Early bird registration is $889 including GST for the first 50 registrations. Standard registration is $989 including GST.
What does my registration include?
The opening networking dinner and drinks, three morning face-to-face conference sessions, online learning modules and a Certificate of Attendance and Professional Development.
Are flights included?
No. Flights are not included.
Is accommodation included?
No. Accommodation is not included.
Can I travel with my family?
Yes. Tokyo is a great destination for attendees travelling with family. Conference sessions and the networking dinner are for registered conference attendees only.
How many professional development hours are included?
14 hours of professional development, consisting of eight hours of face-to-face conference sessions and six hours of self-paced online learning.
Will I receive a certificate?
Yes. Attendees who complete the conference learning requirements will receive a Certificate of Attendance and Professional Development.
Is the conference tax deductible?
When the conference directly relates to your current role, the conference registration fee and eligible travel and accommodation expenses may be tax deductible. Tax deductibility depends on your individual circumstances. Check with your accountant or tax adviser.
What is the refund policy?
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. If Elite Summit Conferences cancels the event, ticket holders will receive a 100% refund of the ticket price.
