These Terms and Conditions apply to the Elite Summit Conferences website, conference registrations and events operated by Elite Summit Conferences.
By using our website, registering for an Elite Summit Conference or attending one of our events, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
In these Terms and Conditions, "Elite Summit", "we", "us" and "our" mean Elite Summit Conferences.

We may offer:

Unless expressly stated otherwise, conference registration does not include:
- flights
- accommodation
- airport transfers
- passports

6. Registration transfers
Conference registrations must not be resold or advertised for resale without the prior written approval of Elite Summit Conferences.
If you are unable to attend, you may contact us to request that your registration be transferred to another person.

If Elite Summit Conferences cancels a conference and does not provide the conference as purchased, registered attendees will receive a 100% refund of the conference registration amount paid to Elite Summit Conferences.
Refunds will generally be returned using the original payment method where reasonably possible.

If Elite Summit Conferences makes a major change to an event, including a material change to the event dates or destination, we will provide attendees with the remedies required under Australian Consumer Law.
Where appropriate, this may include the option to:
- attend the rescheduled or replacement event
